Manufacturing CapabilityOur modern Vacuum Forming Machinery is capable of manufacturing both high and low volume components. In order to improve efficiency, several of our machines are fitted with roll and sheet feeder extensions. This removes the need for manual handling, and automates the complete Vacuum Forming process.
Engineering & DevelopmentOur colleagues in the Development Department have the expertise to provide CAD drawings and Rapid Prototypes. Whenever possible we use machined or cast aluminium tooling. Temperature control is always considered when moulding Olefin materials.
CNCProducts are precision trimmed by 5 axis CNC machinery. Computer programmes are directly downloaded from CAD to PLC. Quick release jigs are standard, to give optimum load/unload times when progressing from one product to the next product on the production line.
