Belgrade Polymer Products (BPP) is part of the Belgrade Insulations Ltd BIL group of companies.
BIL commenced trading in 1976, manufacturing products for the Building Industry. Insulation Distribution and Contracting branches were soon added to the manufacturing arm of the Company.
To meet market requirements for numerous plastic parts in the Building Industry the first Thermoforming machine was installed in 1986, and in 1989 the Company moved to larger premises at its present location.
Continuing investment followed with the purchase of further forming machines, sheet extrusion equipment and the introduction of an Injection Moulding Department.
BPP was set up as a separate division in 1991 with the objective of expanding the Plastics operation into other Industries.
Since 1991 reinvestment has continued year on year. BPP now has a range of modern automatic thermoforming machines up to 2 metres x 2 metres, 5 axis routers to ensure consistent and accurate trimming, and sheet extrusion facilities which allow production of short runs and special formulations for special applications. Injection moulding can be utilised for parts more suited to that process.
To add further to BPP's flexibility, the manufacturing is supported by an in-house Development Department equipped with modern CAD design, machining, and pattern making facilities, where, working together with our customers, new projects may be quickly prototyped and modified, before production, and where the best choice of plastics materials and design features can be made.
BPP operates to the quality standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
