R&D Department

BPP has its own R & D department which will work with you to take your products through the various stages of development and on into production.

Our technical team will help our customers to select the right plastics material for the part and using their CAD facilities will design the product, which will both suit the plastics forming process and will meet your own product requirements. The fit of sub assemblies to the main general assembly can be established at this initial stage.

In-house pattern making allows a quick turn around for prototyping and also provides the customer with a sample forming, which can be visually inspected and handled. All necessary design changes or modifications to the sample can be made at this stage before committing to the final production tool.

All cast production tools are machined and prepared within our development department.
